Our Window Cleaning Process
Using professional-grade tools and techniques, we safely strip away hard water stains, grime, and debris to bring the natural light back into your home. We also offer specialized add-on services for custom screen repair and deep track detailing upon request.
- Screen Prep: We gather and wash all window screens first, allowing them to fully dry while we clean the glass.
- Fresh Solution & Application: Using a fresh batch of our cleaning solution to protect the glass, we use a soft mop to thoroughly soak the window panes and frames.
- Hard Water Removal: We polish the surface of the glass with 0000 steel wool to safely lift hard water stains and stubborn debris.
- Frame & Squeegee Detail: After wiping down the frames, we squeegee the glass and use a microfiber cloth to dry the edges of the pane perfectly.
- Track & Sill Finishing: Finally, we use a dedicated cloth to mop up any residual water and dirt from the window tracks and sills.

- Equipment Setup: We safely set up our ladders and hoses, taking care to protect your landscaping and property.
- Debris Removal: We remove heavy debris by hand, placing it directly into buckets to avoid making a mess of your yard.
- Debris Bagging: We empty the buckets into yard bags, which we haul away from the property when the job is done.
- System Flushing: We use hoses to wash any remaining loose dirt through the gutters to guarantee clear water flow.
- Ground Cleanup: Finally, we collect any debris that flushed out, leaving your property spotless.

Patios, walkways, and driveways collect years of mold and algae. The secret isn't just high pressure—it is a targeted pretreatment that breaks down grime before the washing begins. As an add-on service, we also tackle sunken patio bricks, lifting and resetting them to eliminate tripping hazards.
- Site Prep: We pre-soak surrounding grass and foliage with fresh water to protect them during the cleaning process.
- Pretreatment: Using a backpack sprayer, we apply our solution and let it dwell for 10 minutes to break down algae.
- Precision Edging: We use a detailing wand to cut a clean, sharp border around the entire perimeter.
- Surface Cleaning: Using a rotary cleaner, we make careful, overlapping passes for an even, streak-free clean.
- Final Rinse: We wash away broken-down grime and solution, revealing a bright, restored surface.
