My background in property care began in the landscaping and hardscaping industry. Building retaining walls, laying driveways, and constructing fences gave me a deep understanding of the exterior anatomy of a property. It was there that I mastered the tools, equipment, and safety practices required to do heavy, demanding work correctly. That experience set the baseline for how I operate today: treating every job site with absolute respect and holding myself to a strict, professional standard from start to finish.

Over the years, I also transitioned into inspecting properties damaged by catastrophic events. Evaluating nearly a thousand homes taught me exactly how exterior systems fail and why preventative maintenance is so vital to protecting a home's value. Eventually, the heavy stress of disaster inspection pushed me to look for a more rewarding path. The turning point came during my travels while spending time with friends down in Houston. While doing some exterior upkeep on a friend's property, I noticed just how many neighboring homes were struggling to keep up with routine exterior maintenance. I realized there was a massive need for reliable, preventative property care.

I brought that vision back home to London and got straight to work. One of my very first clients hired me for a full window and gutter cleaning. He was so impressed with the results that he immediately walked me over to his neighbor to do the exact same thing. That momentum proved I was onto something real, and Courteous Cleaning & Repairs was officially born.
